Subscription Cost Calculator: See What You’re Really Spending Every Year
Add your subscriptions — Netflix, Spotify, gym, cloud storage, apps — and this calculator shows your total monthly spend, what it adds up to per year, and exactly how much you’d save by canceling each one. Most people are surprised by the number.
What are your subscriptions really costing?
Add your recurring bills, see their real yearly cost, then make a realistic keep-or-cut plan. No account needed, and nothing gets sent to a server.
Enter the price you actually pay. Quick-add buttons leave prices blank because plans and promotions change.
Choose Keep, Cancel or Reduce cost for each subscription. Your plan is a scenario, not a recommendation to cancel a service you need.

Where your subscription money goes
Savings are annualized estimates, not instant refunds. Canceling an annual plan usually saves money at renewal, and changes to billing dates or fees can change the result.

How this subscription calculator works
Enter each subscription’s actual charge and billing schedule. We convert the price to an annual equivalent, then divide by twelve to compare subscriptions with different billing schedules on the same monthly basis. For example, a $120 annual renewal is shown as the equivalent of $10 per month. Weekly charges are multiplied by 52 for a full-year estimate.
For each service you can choose to keep the current plan, cancel it, or reduce its price. If you choose a lower price, enter the replacement price for the same billing cycle. The savings calculation compares the current annual total with your proposed annual total; it does not estimate tax, cancellation fees, partial refunds, or promotional expiration dates.
Worth remembering: The cheapest decision is not automatically the smartest. A subscription you use often can be worth keeping. This is a planning tool to help you decide what matters, not a reason to cancel everything.
Prices and examples are entered by you, not fetched from providers. Calculations happen in your browser only. Your entries are not automatically stored after you leave this page.
